We believe it is fundamental to the property search that we have a detailed understanding of the client's requirements in order to determine the most suitable properties within the agreed budget. At an early stage, a dedicated consultant is allocated to the assignment to help establish and analyse accommodation needs and desires. This will take into account factors such as family needs (schooling, medical facilities, and leisure facilities), finance, commuting times and availability.
A brief is developed and fine-tuned to ensure that all issues have been addressed and that the search is conducted in a focused manner. The viewing schedule is then tailored to suit the needs of our client. Our consultant will accompany the client to view the properties that have been selected, and to explain the system of leasing and to answer any questions that may arise.
Once a suitable property has been identified, our consultant co-ordinates negotiations with the client company and the landlord to ensure speedy completion of contracts. Any special clauses required by the client will be included and negotiated with the landlord.
